From original Playbill: William Daniels was last seen on Broadway in Daphne in Cottage D, co-starring Sandy Dennis, with whom he had also worked in A Thousand Clowns. He can presently be seen as Dustin Hoffman's father in the film The Graduate. Mr. Daniels made his Broadway debut in Life Without Father; his more recent appearances include, Dear Me, The Sky Is Falling, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and On A Clear Day You Can See Forever. For his portrayal off-Broadway of Peter in Edward Albee's The Zoo Story, he received the Clarence Derwent and Village Voice "Obie" Awards. He has also been seen in the films Two For The Road, Ladybug, Ladybug, A Thousand Clowns, The President's Analyst and soon-to-be-released, The Little Sister.
